On April 23, 2025, the exclusive “Beyond ERP, Smarter Enterprises” closed-door event hosted by Kingdee International Business Center concluded successfully in Singapore. The event gathered industry leaders from renowned global enterprises, cloud service providers, and financial institutions to explore how AI and cloud computing can empower enterprise digital transformation and usher in a new era of intelligent global magement.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Fu Xiaohui, Secretary-General of the Chinese Enterprises Association (Singapore), extended warm congratulations on Kingdee’s “Beyond ERP, Smarter Enterprises” event. He emphasized that amid rapid advancements in AI technology and a volatile global economic landscape, enterprises urgently need technological innovation to achieve cost reduction, efficiency gains, and risk management. Noting Singapore’s role as a global commodity trading hub with a transaction volume of $1.8 trillion in 2023, Mr. Fu highlighted that traditional ERP systems struggle to address the complexities of cross-border trade. Kingdee’s AI solutions tailored for commodity trading perfectly align with enterprises’ pressing needs for intelligent upgrades.

Dr. Liu Yujie, General Manager of Kingdee’s International Business Center and MD of Kingdee Singapore, elaborated on Kingdee’s “Cloud-First, AI-Driven” digital transformation strategy. He noted that 83% of Kingdee’s revenue stems from cloud solutions, with its commodity trading cloud platform enabling real-time collaboration across the entire supply chain. Dr. Liu stressed that AI has become a core competitive advantage, capable of boosting profitability by 30% yet underutilized by only 16% of enterprises. He highlighted that next-gen ERP must integrate finance, logistics, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) factors, supported by a modular architecture for global compliance. Cloud technology can reduce manual operations by 40%, while AI systems enhance predictive accuracy. Kingdee is committed to co-creating an “embedded intelligence” ecosystem with global enterprises.
