Kingdee partners with the Human Resource Development Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to explore a new era of intelligent human resources

From July 9 to 10, the Annual Conference of the Human Resource Development Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Modern Human Resource Development Seminar were held in Changping, Beijing, and Kingdee was invited to attend. This year’s annual meeting focuses on the core theme of “Strategic Human Resource Management and the Digitalization of Human Resource Management” for in-depth discussions. The meeting is hosted by Fan Xiufang, Secretary-General of the Human Resource Development Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Chen Bin, Executive Deputy Director of the Association’s Expert Committee, presents a work report, while Cai Xue, Assistant President of Kingdee China and General Manager of the HR Division, shares insights on-site. Over a hundred human resource managers from more than 70 member units, both inside and outside the academy, discuss the trends of digital transformation in human resources.

Liu Guangyi, the Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the meeting and gave a speech. The speech reviewed the historical process and experiences of the reform and development of research institutions, and introduced the new layout and new requirements faced by the personnel and talent work of the Chinese Academy of Sciences under the new situation of further deepening reforms and seizing the high ground of technology. The association fully affirmed the support for the talent work of the entire hospital and expressed thanks to all members of the expert committee for their hard work.
Wu Jian, the Director of the Expert Committee of the Human Resource Development Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Party Secretary and Vice President of the School of Mathematics, stated in his speech that in the new era and under new circumstances, the Association should further enhance its political stance, strengthen its sense of responsibility, adhere to pragmatic innovation, unite efforts, and actively play a good role as a platform to make new and greater contributions to the personnel and talent work of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Cai Xue, Assistant Vice President of Kingdee China and General Manager of the HR Division, delivered a keynote speech titled “Journey of Innovation, Path to Breakthrough – Talent Management in the AI Era” onsite, exploring the profound impact of AI technology on the field of human resource management and the strategies that enterprises can adopt in response. Cai Xue indicates that AI is becoming the core driving force for the operational development of enterprises, opening up new tracks and growth points for various industries. Focusing on the human resources field, AI is also initiating six major transformations: reshaping organizational structures, innovating job settings, enhancing workforce dimensions, increasing talent density, accelerating talent mobility, and driving the iteration of digital tools.
