Recently, China’s leading Cloud SaaS provider Kingdee Group and Vietnam’s ICT giant FPT Corporation officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for global strategic cooperation. It marks a solid step forward for Kingdee International in deepening international cooperation and expanding its global market strategy. The powerful alliance with FPT Corporation will undoubtedly greatly enhance Kingdee’s influence and position in the global competitive landscape.

At the recently concluded 2025 Kingdee Group Global Partner Conference, Robert Xu, Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group, delivered an inspiring keynote speech: “We are standing at the beginning of the golden decade of global AI+SaaS. The value potential of this field will far exceed the traditional cloud era, marking a historic turning point and leap in the industry!” And the global strategic cooperation agreement between Kingdee Group and Vietnam’s FPT Corporation undoubtedly injects strong momentum into this trend. By working together, the two parties aim to accelerate the expansion into international markets, jointly tap the huge potential of the trillion-level AI+SaaS market, and enhance global competitiveness.
Looking back at the cooperation process between the two parties, as early as October 2024, driven by the Kingdee International Business Center and Kingdee head quarter, high-level executives from both sides engaged in multiple contacts and communications, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm for collaboration. Through numerous in-depth exchanges, mutual understanding was continually deepened. The FPT team also made several visits to Kingdee Software Park, ultimately reaching a consensus on cooperation matters, which laid a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth collaboration.

FPT Corporation will leverage its extensive market coverage and deep technical accumulation to provide customized product services for Kingdee to meet market demands around the world. At the same time, FPT Corporation will establish a professional team to provide flexible and efficient management services for global projects and set up a training center in Southeast Asia to fully support the overseas deployment and application of Kingdee’s technology.
On the other hand, besides the international market, Kingdee will also conduct in-depth cooperation with FPT in the Chinese market, including training support, technology knowledge transfer, and enhancing the deployment capabilities of enterprise solutions.
