Kingdee’s military industry solution debuts at the 2025 Digital Military Industry Conference

The 2025 Digital Military Industry Conference, jointly organized by the China National Defense Industry Enterprise Association and the China Science and Technology Network, was successfully held in Xi’an from May 28 to 29, 2025. This conference, themed “Deepening Digital Transformation and Empowering the Defense Industry,” attracted nearly 300 representatives from various military industrial groups to attend and discuss new paths for the digital development of the military industry. At the opening ceremony, President Zhang Jiahao and Deputy Secretary General of the Shaanxi Provincial Government, Feng Zijian, the Director of the Advanced Technology Achievement Xi’an Transformation Center, delivered speeches one after another. In the special session on digital innovation and application, Zhang Jiafeng, Deputy General Manager of Kingdee China’s High-end Manufacturing Division, delivered a keynote report titled “New Platform, New Management, New Operations, New Model of Intelligent Military Industry.” He indicated that the current requirements from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for penetrating management of military enterprises are increasingly stringent. Clear assessment indicators have been established across multiple dimensions, including accounting, sharing, treasury, contracts, payroll, projects, plans, and quality. Management requirements have been elevated from a strategic management level to a strong control level. To this end, military-industrial units urgently need to comprehensively enhance their digital intelligence management capabilities at three levels: the decision-making level (strategic management and operational management, etc.), the core value chain level (project management, product development management, supply chain management, quality management, etc.), and the support level (human resources, finance, compliance, research, etc.).
