Over 300 participants, including government leaders, experts, scholars, and business guests, came together for this intelligent manufacturing event to discuss new paths for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in the AI era, share best practices for enterprise transformation, and jointly build an extraordinary future of intelligent management!

“Those who do not plan for the <Global> are not capable of planning for a single domain.” The advancement of digital transformation relies on a deep understanding of technology and industry. Professor Fu Yi, Associate Professor of Economics and Director of the Department of Economics and Trade at the Business School of Central South University, stated in his presentation on the theme “Accelerating Real Number Integration to Promote New Industrialization” that developing new quality productivity is the core approach to addressing the century-long changes and advancing Chinese-style modernization. Its connotation is reflected in “three highs, three new, and three labors”—driving new industries, new models, and new momentum with high technology, high efficiency, and high quality, while reconstructing the innovative configuration of laborers, labor data, and labor objects. The current new type of industrialization is entering a new stage characterized by intelligent industry and circular industry, where the process reengineering and mode innovation triggered by artificial intelligence are reshaping the manufacturing landscape. The integration of data and reality needs to break through the cognitive misconception of “eliminating traditional industries.” It should focus on using intelligent tools, data elements, and knowledge creators to drive industry iteration, build the “new three drivers” of growth momentum, and open up new paths for high-quality development.

As a company that integrates production, education, and research, relying on pioneering innovation to achieve leapfrog development through differentiated products, Long Zhen, the head of the Information Technology Department of Shanhe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., stated during the sharing session that Shanhe Intelligent focuses on the principle of “efficiency first” and builds a digital system that covers the entire lifecycle of research and development, production, and construction. Based on the “Shanhe Xiangyun” industrial internet platform, over 200,000 pieces of equipment operation data have been accumulated, empowering product iteration and service upgrades. The efficiency of the intelligent customer service system has improved by 40%. Jiang Zhaohui, the Chief Information Officer of Yanjinpuzi Food Co., Ltd., stated during the sharing session that in the face of the pressure that short-shelf-life products place on the supply chain, as well as the delivery challenges brought about by the company’s 30% annual sales growth, Yanjinpuzi has built a full-link digital operation platform. Through this digital operation platform, the company achieves management of the entire order lifecycle, from order placement, inventory allocation, intelligent financial limit review, vehicle scheduling, to the visualization and control of all nodes in the loading and logistics process. In the warehousing logistics stage, digital tools are used to break down 12 key nodes such as loading and transportation, resulting in a 40% increase in vehicle dispatch efficiency and a 45% decline in finished goods warehouse congestion issues.

Yanjin Puzhi emphasizes the transformation of the “abnormal management” concept, while utilizing digital tools to extend the scope of IT system empowerment from the traditional focus on solving internal enterprise issues to the upstream and downstream expansion of brand merchants. This creates a collaborative work platform that reduces invalid waiting and non-value-added operations, improving office efficiency and user experience. After Salted Fish Shop established the strategic focus of “channel supremacy, product leadership, and system protection,” it also proposed a digital strategy to “build a digital operations platform that quickly responds to customer needs, empower the continuous transformation of the company’s management system and product innovation, lead and drive the company’s business towards high-quality sustainable growth, and leverage digital technology to find new business growth points and opportunities.” This strategy aims to implement the company’s overall strategy while strengthening data operations capabilities, creating an agile delivery moat to build a higher market value enterprise through data.

Peng Bo, the Chief Information Officer of Xiangtan Hengxin Industrial Co., Ltd., stated during the presentation that Hengxin Industrial is promoting full-chain digitalization under the leadership of the “Chairman,” innovatively constructing a “digital closed loop of nine major scenarios.” The quotation system integrates a dynamic pricing model based on process routes, while the purchasing phase automatically triggers historical lowest price comparison alerts, and workshop scanning transfers achieve process-level transparent management. Through practical verification, paperless operations have increased business execution efficiency by 35%, achieved 100% data consistency, and tripled the financial risk control checkpoints. Hengxin Industry is synchronously developing a comprehensive control platform for mining equipment, integrating 12 features such as project operation and maintenance, and parts services, in deep collaboration with Hunan University of Science and Technology to tackle the challenges of intelligent drawing analysis. In the next three years, Hengxin Industry will focus on AI visual inspection and intelligent production line upgrades, advancing the “smart manufacturing unit” construction for mining equipment with a “small steps, quick runs” strategy, providing a replicable digital transformation model for small and medium-sized equipment enterprises.

In his presentation, Chief Information Officer Yang Hao stated that in the face of industry reshuffling and the impact of manufacturing in Vietnam, Wang Bule will break through with a dual-driven approach of “member value reconstruction + AI technology for all.” The innovation proposes the “Micro Light Strategy,” collaborating with universities to develop an AI design system. Yang Hao emphasized that small and medium-sized enterprises need to leverage AI + SaaS to build a “lightweight digital” system, sharing technological benefits through industry alliances. In the future, we will not forget to deepen the application of intelligent agents, exploring a new paradigm of flexible intelligent manufacturing in the traditional clothing industry with the concept of “millions of tiny lights converging into a digital torch.”

Chen Cheng, the Chief Information Officer of Changsha Anmuquan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., stated during the sharing session that in the face of challenges such as foreign technology monopolies and severe competition in the chip encapsulation process, Anmuquan has restructured its manufacturing system with “precise penetrating digitalization,” overcoming three major pain points in the semiconductor industry—digital tool adaptation for customer-supplied material management models, synchronization of wafer electronic files and physical traceability, and process-level profit analysis tracking, successfully completing a full-link digital transformation within 12 months. Through practical verification, the equipment automation rate has reached over 75%, and the cost accounting granularity has been refined to the level of individual chips, achieving minute-level visualization of operational data through a low-code reporting tool.

Chen Cheng emphasized that the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises should focus on “three extremes”: The ultimate precision in data penetration, the ultimate agility in system iteration, and the ultimate rigor in cost control, along with its independently developed wafer electronic map tracing technology, have already placed it in a leading position among domestic companies of the same type, providing a replicable “small, fast, and flexible” transformation model for the domestic semiconductor packaging and testing industry.
